Succulent Pork

This is perfect for a lazy day. Whilst it does take a few hours to pull this dish together, you're not really doing anything for half of that time.
  • Prep Time: 2hrs 30mins
  • Cooking Time: 2hrs 30mins



  1. Put all ingredients in a large pan
  2. Put enough water to cover
  3. Remove and rest meat for 15min
  4. Cover with lid and bring to boil for 5min
  5. Reduce heat and remove lid to simmer for 1:30-2hrs, adding water when needed
  6. Cut pork into thin slices
