  1. In a bowl, add Milk, Sugar, Yeast and 1 Egg in that order and mix well
  2. Next add Flour and Salt and mix until no powder is visible
  3. Cover with Clingfilm and leave to ferment for 20mins

(After it has rested for 20mins)

  1. Add Unsalted Butter and knead for 7mins until it becomes a ball
  2. Cover with Clingfilm and leave to ferment in a warm place for 1hr

(After it has rested for 1hr)

  1. Press flat and divide (10 round balls will be roughly 46g)
  2. Cover with Clingfilm and leave to ferment for 20mins

(After it has rested for 20mins)

  1. Cover with Clingfilm and leave to ferment in a warm place for 1hr
  2. With smooth side down, roll into rectangular shapes
  3. Roll into squares, then stretch end of dough with finger tip and roll in cylinder.
  4. Put in baking tray with slight space in between

(After it has rested for 1hr)

Instructions

  1. Using 1 egg and 1tbsp water, apply glazing to the top
  2. Bake at 160C for 17-20mins
